International Symposium 2018: Patent Litigation in Japan and Germany

Dear members and friends of DJJV,

After 2009 and 2014, for the third time an international symposium focussing on patent litigation in Japan and Germany will be held in Munich. Outstanding experts of patent litigation proceedings will discuss cutting-edge topics of interest in both jurisdictions, from a legal and practical comparative viewpoint.

The full program brochure will be available as of June 2018. It is already possible to register for this event via the symposium website http://www.djjv.org/symposium2018. As the capacity of the conference venue is limited, registrations will be accepted in the order of their receipt.
 
At the time of the seminar, the Oktoberfest will be held in Munich. We therefore recommend booking hotel accommodation as early as possible. A list of hotels can be found on the symposium website.
