Prof. Dr. Arinobu Ohnaka, Professor of Civil Law at the Law School of Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan, has kindly agreed to give a lecture on the topic
“The Act on Contracts for Security Transfer and Retention of Title (2026) in Japan”
