Mr. Bengoshi Kai Sasaki, an associate at Nakayama & Partners, has been in Düsseldorf since August 2025 and will remain here until July 2026.
He has kindly agreed to give a presentation on the topic
“The unique nature of the Japanese ‘Koseki’ System in a global context”
in English.
