On Friday, March 20, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. c.t., Professor Marc Dernauer (Chuo University) will give a lecture entitled
“Regulation and Control of General Terms and Conditions in Japan.”
The lecture will examine the content and development of the regulation of general terms and conditions in Japanese civil law. Please refer to the flyer for further details.
