We would like to draw your attention to an event organized by the DJJV. Together with the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, the DJJV will host another symposium in the series “Current Developments in Japanese Law” on Friday, February 27, 2026, organized by Ruth Effinowicz, Head of the Japan Competence Center.
The symposium will take place at the MPI in Hamburg and will begin at 3 p.m.
This year's symposium, which will be held in English, will address legal issues related to cashless payments, developments in M&A law, and joint parental custody. Further details can be found in the flyer.
