The conference languages are German and Japanese with simultaneous interpretation.
This topic is currently of great importance worldwide, with developments in some countries giving cause for concern. This makes it all the more important for countries such as Japan and Germany to contribute to the defense of the rule of law and set an example.
We will shed light on the topic with a keynote speech by Eva Schmierer, State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Justice, as well as with important questions from the fields of constitutional law, criminal law, and civil law. We have secured renowned speakers for this event.
