With the support and participation of the DJJV, the (now eleventh) trilateral German-Japanese-Korean seminar will take place from October 20 to 22, 2025, at the University of Konstanz, organized by the Department of Law together with colleagues from Kansai University in Osaka and Hanyang University in Seoul. This time, the general theme is “Democracy in Crisis?” In addition to presentations on constitutional law, we also expect contributions from the fields of civil, commercial, and criminal law.
