We are pleased to invite you to another symposium from the series “Current Developments in Japanese Law” on March 11, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at the Max Planck Institute for German and International Private Law.
Every spring, the Japan Unit organizes a symposium on current developments in Japanese law. Speakers from Japan, often guests at the Institute, provide an overview of upcoming legislative projects, new supreme court decisions and current topics of legal discussion in Japan.
With contributions on legal issues of legal tech, beneficial owners in stock corporation law, collective legal protection and government advice by experts, a wide range of topics has been prepared again this year.
